BIO:
Sarah K Bierman (b.1976, Grand Rapids, MI) Sarah earned a BFA in 2000 form Kendall College of Art and Design in Grand Rapids, MI and an MFA in photography from Columbia College Chicago in 2004. Her work has been exhibited in Chicago at the Glass curtain gallery, Vespine gallery, The Cook county Treasurer’s office, and Four Sided Gallery North. Her work has also been exhibited in shows throughout Michigan, including a solo exhibition at the Urban Institute for Contempory Arts in Grand Rapids. She currently lives in Chicago and continues to explore and question Issues of personal identity, reality, and human connection through photography.
